Ingredients
- Red wine
- Port Wine
- Veal Jus (beef stock)
- Salt (5gm)
- Unsalted butter (300gm)
- Sugar
- Mix up Red Wine(2bottle) and Port Wine(1/2 bottle), and reduc up it and Veal Jus(3 Litre)
- After reduc the wine until whit out alcohol then add up Sugar(300gm)
- Mix up Wine, Veal Jus reduction and all ingredients
